How to end romantic self-sabotage once and for all

Sabotaging relationships is like any other habit that diminishes what is important to you -and you have the power to change that. Women only event.

Women only. Perhaps you want new love BUT one thing is for sure – you don’t want that that inner voice telling you so oh many unhelpful things when you are out there creating the love life you desire and you don’t want to get in your own way of what you really want. I get it. As a dating and relationship coach, this is exactly the kind of work I do with my clients all the time so they can be confident going out and consciously create healthy, fulfilling and deeply satisfying romantic relationships. Sabotaging relationships is like any other habit that diminishes what is important to you — and you have the power to change that. Are you tiered of: Hitting dead ends in the dating world Being stuck in patterns that no longer serves you Second guessing yourself and your needs Over analyzing every date, every text message, every phone call and every conversation Saying yes when you actually mean no You’ve come to the right place. During this masterclass you will learn how to: Identify the early signs of self-sabotage Turn off self-destruct mode Spot a limiting belief and create awareness around what is holding you back Trust yourself and learnt to listen to that inner voice desperate to be heard Stop overthinking everything and be in the present moment instead Set healthy boundaries and avoid losing yourself in relationships And last but not least, how to spot your attachment style. Meet your host. My name is Asa Baav and I work with high achieving women who desire to create deeply satisfying romantic relationships - without losing themselves (or their independence). Before I met the love of my life I was the queen of self-sabotage, I was a f*cking pro. One day I woke up and I was SO done with questioning my worth. And I decided that I wanted different for myself - I wanted it ALL. The love and the career and through my journey, I have met so many other women in a similar situation. Over the last 5 years I have gone from plunging myself into hard work at the expense of everything, neglecting myself and my needs, not allowing myself to feel, attracting the wrong type of men in my life, self-sabotaging in relationships, living a shallow life to now living my purpose, attracting (and keeping) love and most importantly I have learned to love myself.
