Love Vs Lust – how to know the difference and how to have them both.

With us craving physical touch and knowing that physical attraction is an important factor, how do we strike a balance between love & lust? Online workshop.

Put your hand up if you’ve ever been in place where you wanted love, but ended up in a “situationship” of a more sexual flavour– and, even though you’ve enjoyed the initial hit ( and yes, the sex was reaaaaally good) the feeling has quickly worn off and you’ve been left feeling lonelier than ever? Sounds familiar? There is no wonder that we get these aspects of a connection all mixed up as there is so much pressure to create the spark when dating plus with a society quick to tell us that a connection must always start with a strong physical attraction it leaves us mere mortals confused on what to focus on and how to tell if the connection has longevity. As a matchmaker and coach, I liberate men and women in love and in the bedroom and I am the first person to say that sex is a key factor to a fulfilling relationship BUT it shouldn’t be the only thing that we look for if we look when wanting to create a meaningful romantic relationship. Plus, with us craving that physical touch after a year of isolation and knowing that physical attraction is an important factor, how do we strike the balance between love and lust? Join this workshop to discover: Love and sex - what does it look like for you? How to tell if it is lust or love How to turn a situationship into a relationship The steps to getting the relationship YOU want How to overcome the fear of rejection How to speak up about your needs and getting them meet How to create a healthy committed relationship
